Eyes Of The World - City Park West

Eric and the entire team at Eyes of the World City Park West are absolutely amazing! I’ve been a patient for years, and thanks to their customer-first approach, I plan to be one for many more. They’re always incredibly friendly and helpful whenever I have an issue with my glasses or contacts. I also love the charm and character of the beautiful old home their office is in. I highly recommend!

I've been coming to Eyes of the World for several years now, and every time it's been a very smooth experience. The staff are always professional, efficient, and friendly. Plus, their automated system automatically follows up with you every year to schedule another eye exam and refill contact prescriptions, which is always a helpful reminder. My only complaint is about my insurance coverage/what insurance they accept. To be fair, this is more of an issue with the policies I've purchased rather than Eyes of the World, but I've had to change insurance twice in the last two years, and they did not accept my coverage either year (Cigna last year, Select Health this year). Eyes of the World notified me in advance on my recent visit, so I knew the costs going into the appointment, but it would be great if they could help make recommendations on insurers or policies to get in the future. On my most recent visit, I had an eye exam and ordered a new year's supply of contacts, and both services cost over $250-$300. It sounds obvious, but I just wanted to share my experience: If you want to keep costs low, make sure your insurance covers the eye care services that you need. Regardless, this location is a great practice and will definitely meet your eye care needs.

I absolutely love this location because of the people who work here. Jesse, especially, is phenomenal. He is incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely takes the time to make sure I’m making the right decision rather than ever making me feel rushed. This store can get busy, but there’s a reason for that; they are worth the wait. Every time I come in, I’m treated with consistency, hospitality, and genuine care. At this point, I truly feel like family here. I moved to Highlands Ranch 2 years ago and even with other options much closer to me, I will still make the drive to Denver every time because I trust Jesse and this team that much. Thank you, Jesse, and everyone at Eyes of the World, for setting such a high standard for customer service. You’ve earned a customer for life. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to Eyes of the World a couple years now. They are friendly, fast and thorough, I see no reason to go elsewhere. Plus the building is really cool.

The most pleasant eye exam I’ve ever had ! The doctor was thorough and kind. Super nice optician, too! Located in a cool, historic mansion. So happy with my experience.

Eyes of the World is a great place to get your vision needs taken care of. Convenient to the City Park/Cap Hill neighborhood. The staff, Dr. G in particular, are very nice and welcoming. First time contact user they helped a lot in teaching me how to wear them.

My experience at Eyes of the World was an overall pleasant experience. Jesse has quite the eye for aesthetics, the eye exam was thorough, and the rest of the staff was welcoming. I highly recommend them for personalized care.

Great experience here. The entire office was friendly and professional. They took their time and were very patient with me as I tried on a ridiculous amount of frames and then changed my mind!

My husband is a patient at St. Joes hospital down the road. His glasses lost the nose pieces. Eric spoke to me on the phone and told me they could fix the problem. When I arrived he was so helpful. Changed both pieces and tightened them up. Didn’t charge me. This act of kindness made my day. Thank you!

Athena is a professional!!! Usually I will spend an hour looking at frames. She reviewed my account and picked a few frames out that were spot on. She was friendly and made my experience fun and easy!

Fantastic pricing here if you want to keep your own frames and only get your lenses replaced. They don’t charge 101 unnecessary fees like other places do when you want to keep your own frames. And Athena is just absolutely lovely to work with.

Just had my eyeglass/contact lens exam today and love the staff and selection of glasses. Dr. Baird is personable and experienced. Kristin was extremely helpful in choosing the right frame for me. I highly recommend Eyes of the World Wash Park!

Eyes of the world is a great spot if you are looking for a new eye doctor. I saw Dr. G and she is so nice and super knowledgable, and the staff is always kind and supportive. Great spot.

Went in for a routine exam and left with an updated prescription and laughing. Caleb Carmon is absolutely stellar in finding the right style and size while providing comic relief. If only all annual doctor appointments were as fun!

Best customer service experience in Colorado! Exam was very thorough and all my questions were answered without making me feel like a bother (some other places can be a bit arrogant). Purchasing my glasses was a breeze with Cale, who's always super helpful when I pop in unannounced for minor adjustments. I look like a million bucks and feel that way, too.

Amazing experience! The whole staff was warm & welcoming, efficient, and communicative. The doctor I saw was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive to my concerns. I would recommend this office to anyone.

My coworker recommended me to this practice about a month ago, and I couldn't be happier. From beginning to end, the team was so polite and conversational with me. The selection they have is top tier, and the staff really knows their stuff, from the doctor to the receptionists. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends!

In the 2 years I've been going here, I've had 2 different optometrists. Both were professional, polite, and attentive to my needs. The front desk offered to explain the coverage my vision insurance provides, and I appreciate that level of transparency.
